ACTIVA warrants to the original end user customer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, ACTIVA will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by ACTIVA on an exchange basis, and will be either new or recertified. All recertified products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products Proof of purchase must be provided that shows the original date and place of purchase, as well as the product description and price.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This limited warranty shall not apply if: (i) the product was not used in accordance with any accompanying instructions, or (ii) the product was not used for its intended function. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, that has not been handled or packaged correctly, that has been sold as second-hand.
This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement for defective ACTIVA products, as provided above. ACTIVA is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to or corruption of, content or data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing ACTIVA products. This warranty excludes third party software, connected equipment or stored data. ACTIVA is therefore not liable for any losses or damage attributable to third party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, ACTIVA’s sole obligation shall be to replacement of the hardware.
Duration of Warranty
The following ACTIVA products are covered by this warranty for a period of one years from the date of purchase by the original end user customer: Full HD LED TV, Electric Geyser, LPG Geyser, JMG, Heat Convector, Kitchen Chimney, Immersion Rod, Electric Iron and All Purpose Fans.
The following ACTIVA products are covered by this warranty for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original end user customer: Electric Geyser Tanks, Voltage Stabilizer, Ceiling Fan Motor and Smart LED TV’s Screen Panel.

If you experience difficulty during the installation or subsequent use of a ACTIVA product, you may contact ACTIVA’s Technical Support department prior to servicing your system.
Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements
To obtain warranty service, you may return a defective product to ACTIVA at its Delhi office on your own cost, or the authorized ACTIVA dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the ACTIVA product. Please confirm the terms of its return policies prior to returning the product. Typically, you must include product identification information, including the model number and serial number (if applicable), with a detailed description of the problem that you are experiencing. In some instances, you may be required to provide proof of purchase. All returned parts or products, if replaced or refunded, will become ACTIVA’s property upon receipt. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at ACTIVA’s expense.
Note :- If there is not available our service center in your area our customer care executive can arrange a third party technician, in this case you have to pay service charge of technician as the company is providing only part replacement warranty of products. If there is any part replacement in product, company will send it through courier at customer address after receiving damaged part.
In case of product replacement or repair at Delhi service center, customer have to send it at his own cost otherwise he can ask to customer care executive to arrange a courier to pick up his product and he will pay courier charge for it. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at ACTIVA’s expense.
In case of LED TV, customer have to pack it in Wooden caret/box which was provided during product delivery. If it broken out during transportation, it will not be replaced of refund.
Warranty Not Included in LED TV :- Not included in warranty
(1)- Lines on LED tv Panel (open cell).
(2)- Black spot or dot on panel (open cell).
In case of led tv display, company will provide warranty for NO DISPLAY of screen not for any other issues as lines, black spot, dot which can occurred due to physical activities.
Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at ACTIVA’s expense.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR ACTIVA PRODUCTS AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO ACTIVA PRODUCTS AND ACTIVA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST UNDER NATIONAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL OR LOCAL LAW INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIODS OF TIME SET FORTH ABOVE.
ACTIVA PRODUCTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS IN LIFE SUPPORT EQUIPMENT OR FOR APPLICATIONS IN WHICH THE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCTS WOULD CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH IS LIKELY TO OCCUR. ACTIVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE DEATH OF ANY PERSON OR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY BY USE OF PRODUCTS USED IN APPLICATIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MILITARY OR MILITARY-RELATED EQUIPMENT, TRAFFIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT, DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEMS AND MEDICAL OR MEDICAL-RELATED EQUIPMENT.
ACTIVA’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACTIVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR END USER CUSTOMER OF A ACTIVA PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST DATA, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ACTIVA PRODUCT, EVEN IF ACTIVA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
